FRANCO’S LATEST DECREE FALANGE THE ONLY PARTY. DICTATORIAL POWERS. By Telegraph—Pi-ess Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) BURGOS. August 4. General Franco has decreed that the Falange is Spain’s only political party, absorbing the Monarchists, with himself as the nominal head and delegating powers to an unnamed leader responsible to him. The decree has established a political junta of ten members, appointed by General Franco, which, with delegates representing foreign affairs, education, press, women’s and youth Sections, will meet monthly.
