MAURICEVILLE TALKIES
RANGLE RIVER" TOMORROW.
"Rangle River." Zane Grey's only Australian story, which will be shown at Mauriceville tomorrow night, introduces Miss Georgie Sterling, daughtei of H. H. Sterling. Wellington, and also Honi Thomas, well-known Pahiatua Maori. The story needs no introduction. being one of Zane Grey's best-sel-lers. Victor .lory plays opposite Mist Sterling, and gives his usual fine performance. There are plenty of action and thrills, photographed in Australian back country. There is also comedy and romance in the picture. The theme song of "Rangle River." called "Song of the Plains" was written by Alfred Lawrence, who wrote "I've Lost My Heart in Maoriland." Patrons are assured of a fair sprinkling of their own New Zealand in this outstanding Zane Grey picture. The special supports include an "Andy Clyde" comedy. Screen Snapshots and a Colour Rhapsody "Glee Worms." It is an entirely new programme.
