GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP
PLAY IN BELGIUM. KING LEOPOLD DEFEATED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) (Received This Day, 12.15 p.m.) BRUSSELS, August 3. In the first round of the amateur golf championship King Leopold defeated A. Chupin at the nineteenth hole but in the second round he was beaten at the nineteenth hole by P. J. Clive, who headed the players who qualified.
