CHURCH OF THE EPIPHANY
ENJOYABLE SOCIAL. HELD BY LADIES’ GUILD. The social arranged by the Churcl of the Epiphany Ladies’ Guild was hel. last night in the Epiphany Hall am was a great success. The arrangement: were in the capable hands of the pres: dent (Mrs F. Whitton) and the gather ing was a very enjoyable one. Those contributing items were:--Pianoforte solos. Mrs W, G. Perry vocal solos. Miss Grace Gaudin. M Leslie Fulton and the Rev. T. V. Pear son; elocutionary items. Miss Elizabell Thomas and Mr W. Kemp: mouth-or gan solo. Mr Leslie Fulton. The concer section of the programme concluded with a play given by members of St Matthew's Girls' Club. Those takin.i part were the Misses Mono Fulton, Fat Youngquest, Betty Judd. Dorothj Kemp. Elizabeth Thomas and Pa Croad.
A competition was won by Miss Grace Gaudin.
Supper was served by the ladies o' the Guild and then the hall was cleared for musical games and dancing. Further activities of the Guild include a concert by St. Matthew's Girls' Club to be held on Tuesday week.
