NEW SHARE ISSUE
AUSTRALIAN CONSOLIDATED INDUSTRIES. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) SYDNEY. This Day. The directors of Australian Consolidated Industries Ltd have decided to issue 996,941 ordinary shares of £1 each at a premium of five shillings. The shares will be offered to ordinary shareholders registered at August 21 on the basis of two new shares for every seven held.
