THE BRITISH RESERVE FLEET

(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. July 31

The navy completed tonight the task of mobilising the reserve fleet. The flagship of the fleet is the cruiser H.M.S. Effingham, which flies the flag of Vice-Admiral Sir Max Horton, commanding the reserve fleet. Ships of the Home fleet which are to carry out exercises this month have left Portsmouth for Invergordon.
