(Received This Day, 11.5 a.m.) LONDON, July 28. “The Times” Paris correspondent say.<J the Government has approved decrees combating the falling birth rate, imposing a limitation on arms profits, strengthening the national defences and preventing tax evasion.
The French Cabinet is considering decrees to postpone a general election for two years and to place all radio services under the direct control of the Prime Minister.
