HARRIER ACTIVITIES

KIATERE CLUB. TEAM FOR PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIP. From a study of times and placings taken over the season’s running, the following team has been selected to represent the club in the “A ’ grade provincial championship: —W. MacDonald (capt), W. Burns, R. Greeks, J. Laing, W. Burgess, A. MacDonald. Individual entrants will be A. Addison and R. Searancke in the “A” grade section and in the junior championship, L. Frances. Judging by the form of the A team, MacDonald, Greeks, Burns, Laing and Burgess, running as they do in very close company, should bring the Kiatere colours well to the front at Silverstream. The team will /make the trip by private cars, leaving the Post Office at noon.
