The “Financial News” learns that the staple fibre producers of Britain, Belgium, Germany and Italy have concluded an agreement to “ensure the orderly development of world markets” for their products. It is understood that, the agreement envisages consultations with a view to standardising trade practices and collaborating for future technical developments. Japan is not, included in the agreement.
