♦ MR HUDSON’S DISCUSSION WITH HERR WOHLTAT. ATTEMPT TO "BUY GERMANY OFF.” By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, July 24 The Berlin correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph” says the newspapers comment, concerning the HudsonWohltat talks, that Britain is anxious to buy off Germany in view of her own disastrous position in the FarEast.
