MASTERTON RACING CLUB
NOMINATIONS OF OFFICERS.
ALL RE-ELECTED UNOPPOSED
Nominations closed at noon today for officers of the Masterton Racing Club for the ensuing year. All the retiring members were re-elected unopposed. Only seven of the fourteen stewards retire each year. Following are the nominations: —
President: Mr J. M. James; vice-pre-sidents. Messrs C. J. Bennett and S. .1. W. Gill; stewards, Messrs J. A. Betts. W. R. P- Cooper. H. L. Esau, J. Jameson. J. Mulvaney. F. B. Vallance. N. G. F. Whiteman. The annual meeting has been fixed for August 7.
