In the House of Commons, Sir S. Hoare. moving the second reading of the Prevention of Violence Bill, said all the I.R.A. outrages since January had been based on the S plan found by the police. This showed that the I.R.A. had surveyed munition dumps and aerodromes and had been engaged in a plan to blow up Parliament. The campaign was being stimulated by' foreign organisations.
