ORDER OF ODD FELLOWS

LOYAL MASTERTON LODGE. FORTNIGHTLY MEETING. Axt the usual fortnightly meeting of Loyal Masterton Lodge, Sister P. J. Wilton presided over an excellent attendance of members. Accounts covering medical and dispensary fees, hospital benefits, sick paj and general, totalling £144, were passed for payment. Sick visitors’ reports were received stating that the sick brethren were progressing most favourably. A letter was received from P.G.M Bro. H. S. M. Quigley, financial secretary of Loyal Dannevirke Lodge, in regard to the proposed visit to Masterton of that lodge on Saturday, statinr that they were coming in large numbers. It was resolved that a lodge meeting be held on Saturday night a 7 o’clock, and that after extending ; fraternal welcome to officers and mem bers of Loyal Dannevirke Lodge anc visiting members of Wairarapa lodge? to adjourn to the Masonic Hall for the purpose of entertaining the visitors a: a social and dance.

P.G. Bro. R. Read reported thal members of Court Loyal Enterprise, A.0.F., had accepted an invitation to a friendly game of indoor bowls on Monday, July 31. P.G. Bro. E. J. Mooney was elected acting Noble Grand during the absence of N.G. Bro. L. P. Morris.

A dainty supper was provided b sisters of the lodge.
