SIR E. HARDING APPOINTED HIGH COMMISSIONER.

Sir Edward Harding has been appointed High Commissioner of Basutoland, Bechuanaland and Swaziland. The British High Commissioner to South Africa, Sir Cosmo Parkinson, succeeds Sir E. Harding as Undersecretary for the Dominions.
