NOW ORGANISED UNDER SWASTIKA.
ACCORDING TO NAZI PAPER

The newspaper •'Deutsche Allge meine Zeitung,” describing the part Germans are playing in the develop ment of Australia, declares that 60,00; settlers of German descent, who were once divided by confessional feuds, art now organised under the swastika and “have been reminded of their blood re lationship with the great German national community.” It is asserted that they have joined forces with 4000 German citizens resi dent in Australia in order to foster the aims of tne German league. The article, in listing the Germans' chief claims to rights in Australia, de clares that the founder of Sydney wa' a German, and the first vineyards and orchards were German, and points ou' that since the advent of Herr Hitlet three schools and two seminaries have gained permission to teach in German and also many towns have restored their original German names.
