To discuss economic, political and military relations Count Ciano has left for Spain aboard a cruiser. He is meeting General Franco on Wednesday. He said his visit was in confirmation of Italian-Spanish solidarity of sentiments exemplified in the civil war. Italy wanted a strong and united Spain and the latter'knows she can always depend on Italy’s support.
