CONTINUATION OF GUERILLA WARFARE.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. WARSAW. July 8.
King Zog. the dispossessed ruler of Albania, when interviewed before going to England today, said: “I am very tired after all I have experienced. Although the Queen and I need rest, we are going to work to free Albania.
Queen Geraldine said she hoped to spend a long holiday in England. “We so far are undecided what to do there, but the King has important plans. Mussolini cheated my people and me. Albania will cheat him.” The entourage revealed that Albanians are still waging guerrilla war, more than 3000 Italians having been killed since the invasion.
The blinds of the Italian Embassy were lowered as the Royal party drove to their hotel. Crowds shouted, “Long live Zog. Down with Italy!”
