MAURICEVILLE

TABLE TENNIS MATCH VISITORS FROM WANGANUI. ("Times-Age” Special.) A table tennis match was played between members of the Brunswick Club. Wanganui, and the Mauriceville A2 team, on Tuesday evening, and resulted in a win for the visitors by 13 matches to 7. Many of the games were closely contested but the visitors carried too many guns for the local players. The following teams will play in the A grade competition in the Dixon Street Hall on Monday:—Al. R. Clarke, W. Dav, N. Myers, and H. Myers. A2. G. Fraser, F. Morrell, Q. McGovern and H. Milner. The next club night will be on Tuesday when the buttons competition will be commenced.
