SOME ANONYMOUS THREATS
IN SYDNEY. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. SYDNEY, July 5. The police have been instructed to guard closely certain foreign consulates in Sydney, particularly the Japanese Consulate where anonymous threats of violence recently received have resulted in the new Japanese Consul, Mr Akiyama, being given a special police protection when attending public functions.
