MEASURES AGAINST JEWS. COLLECTIVE FINE IMPOSED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 12.10 p.m.) JERUSALEM, July 4. A collective fine of £l,OOO has been imposed on Jewish quarters in the north-western city, in respect to recent outrages against Arabs. A curfew has been imposed following on the shooting of an Arab in Nazareth market place.
