BUSINESS ON DOMINION EXCHANGES. DETAILS OF YESTERDAY'S SALES. The following sales were recorded on the Dominion Stock Exchanges
GOLD MINING RETURNS. The Clutha River dredge return was 130 oz for 117 hours’ work. The Mataki dredge return for the week ended June 30 was 21oz for 107 hours’ work and 9000 cubic yards. The directors of the Clutha River Gold Dredging Co., Ltd., recommend payment of a final dividend of 3 1-8 per cent, less income tax of 5s 6d in the £l, payable in London on July 19. The dividend rate is equivalent to 3d per 2s share. An interim dividend of a similar amount was paid on December 3. The distribution for the year is thus 6.} per cent.
