(Received This Day. 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 2. “The Times” Peking correspondent says that Chinese guerrillas are operating successfully. They have wrecked two trains in the Peking district, and have conducted a battle throughout the week, involving 25,000 men in East Tinghsien.
