CLAY AGGREGATE. i WON BY R. J. KING. The Masterton Gun Club completed the Clay Aggregate on Saturday, the result being a win for the veteran trap shooter R. J. King. The shooting was of a very high standard, the honours in the principal shoot again going to J. Gallagher, who broke all his “birds.” The following were the scores:—J. Gallagher (16) 21; R. J. King (17) 20. G. Bretherton. (18) 20, C. E. Grey (18) 19, H. K. Smith (18) 19. J. Donnelly <18) 19, A. Macalister (16) 19. J. Horne (15) 19, T. A. Brown (12) 18. L. Meredith (12) 18. F. Taplin (19) 17, J. Udy (13) 17, W. Maroney (12) 17. Five Track System.—ln this shoot C. E. Grey shot all his “clays” and tool? first prize. Taplin, Bretherton, Donnelly, Meredith, Brown, and Udy lost one each. Jimcrack. — Donnelly, Meredith. Horne, and Brown shot all their birds in this match. A number of the Masterton Club members will journey to Wanganui this week to take part in the New Zealand Championships, and the Club wishes them the best of luck.
