GOLF COMPETITIONS DRAW FOR TOMORROW. ' (“Times-Age” Special.) The local Golf Club will .play a Stableford competition on Saturday and the draw is as follows:—Mrs Carter v. Mrs McKenzie; Miss McDougall v. Mrs Bragg; Mrs Herangi v. Miss Cook; Mrs Cowan v. Mrs Sutherland; D. Jones v. M. Waiwera; J. Riwai v. M. McLeod; M. Herangi v. G. Sutherland; T. Hume v. G. Munro; B. McMaster v. D. Tikao; R. McDougall v. S. Hall; W. Charteris v. J. Carter; G. Hall v. F. Lovegrove; S. Thomas v. K. Waiwera. The first ten players will play, if desired, for the first eliminating round of the senior championship with the exception of B. McMaster and D. Tikao. who each drew a bye. The remaining players will play for the junior championship eliminating round. The draw as above also applies to the ladies' championship. Personal Items. Miss C. Beiliss is the guest of her sister, Mrs W. Innes, Kumenga. Mr and Mrs O’Brien, Pahiatua, are the guests of Mr and Mrs Spicer for the Institute Ball. The many friends of Mr Vic. Saunders will be pleased to know that he is making satisfactory progress towards recovery.
