SOCIAL ITEMS (“Times-Age” Special.) Mrs Pulfbrd and her son, Mr W. Pulford, have returned from a three weeks’ holiday in Timaru. Miss Joyce Jones, Dunedin, arrived today to spend a holiday with her sister, Mrs J. A. Willett. Prime Chillers. An exceedingly fine line of fat bullocks (chillers) were noticed yesterday on the road to the freezing works. There were about 110 and they were from Mrs Elgar’s property at Kahutara. It is understood that a similar draft will be forwarded in a day or two. i
