LONDON, June 28. “The Times” says'that the latest British reply to Moscow, which will be dispatched today, makes it plain that the British and French Governments would co-operate immediately with Moscow, in resisting any future acts of European aggression affecting the interests of any of the three Powers. DISCUSSIONS TO REOPEN (Received This Day, 9.25 a.m.) LONDON, June 28. Instructions have been sent to the British Ambassador at Moscow. Sir William Seeds, and discussions will reopen with M. Molotov as soon as in- ■ structions to the French Ambassador arrive.
