USE AT THE EXHIBITION AND ELSEWHERE. CONDITIONS AS TO MARKING OF GOODS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The ' Government has decided that, on application, permission can be given for the use of the New Zealand national centennial emblem, which is subject to copyright, for any decorative scheme at the Exhibition, or during approved Centennial celebrations in any part of New Zealand. General authority has also been issued permitting the importation of articles bearing the emblem and identifiable as souvenirs or mementoes of the Centennial celebrations. The articles are required to be of a permanent character- and qualified for admission as the produce or manufacture of some part of the British Empire.
