Count Frederic v«l>n dc-r Schulenburg, the German Ambassador to Russia, has returned to Moscow to present a draft trade treaty. It is understood that Germany and Russia have reached air agreement in principle. A trade mis sion is expected Io follow. Individual industrialists are already in Moscow, in a private capacity.
