BLOODLESS DOMINATION BY GERMANY EQUIVALENT TO AGGRESSION. CONTENTION OF SOVIET GOVERNMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON. June 23. The Moscow correspondent of “The Times” says the British and French delegates are pushing on with the task of satisfying the Soviet, which maintains that a bloodless German domination of the Baltic States by economic and other pressure is equivalent to aggression, just as the similar domination of Belgium and Holland could not be tolerated by England and France.
