COLONIAL SECRETARY
MR MACDONALD IN PARIS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 19. A Paris message says that the Colonial Secretary, Mr Malcolm Macdonald, who arrived there by air from Geneva (where he spoke on. Palestine to the Mandates Commission), called on the French Minister of Colonies, M. Mandel, and later was the guest of honour at a luncheon at which those present included several French Cabinet Ministers and Marshal Gamelin, Chief of the General Staff. Mr Macdonald returned to Geneva tonight.
