During a discussion on the crowded state of some of the trains from Wellington to Ngaio. Mr H. L. Cummings (chairman) mentioned at a recent meeting of the Ngaio Progressive Association that they really had little to complain of, for in Australia, on some lines, the seats were taken out of the trains altogether so that more standing passengers could be accommodated.
