DRUIDS’ LODGE
MEETING IN MASTERTON. INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS. At the fortnightly meeting of the Druids’ Lodge held in the Foresters’ Hall the A.D., Bro F. Gray, presided over a good attendance of brethren and visitors. The District President, Bro Stretton, was present and was received with lodge honours. Visitors were present from the Totara and Fernleaf Lodges and were given a hearty lodge welcome. The District President with true Druidic ceremony, ’installed the various officers into their respective chairs. The officers returned thanks for their election. Several members reported on a very successful visit to the Totara Lodge last Tuesday. A copy of the new rules of the U.F.S. Dispensary were received. The secretary reported that fifteen members had declared on the sick benefit of the lodge, and all were reported to be progressing satisfactorily. Sick pay and accounts amounting to £97 16s were passed for payment. Several members of the Stonehenge Lodge reported that they represented the lodge at the funeral of the late Bro Sage of Totara Lodge. At the conclusion of lodge business .he visitors and members were entertained to a social evening. •
