The Rome correspondent of “The Times” states that news from Franco sources suggests that an agreement has been reached in principle on the relations to be established by treaty between Spain and the Axis Powers. A pact of military importance with Japan, it is stated, has also been agreed on,, and lacks only the Emperor's consent.
