(Received This Day, 12.5 p.m.) LONDON. June 13. The Empress of Britain, with their Majesties, will dock at Southampton on June 22. Queen Mary, the Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret Rose, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, the Duke and Duchess of Kent, the Princess Royal and the Earl of Harewood will join in the welcome. Grandstands occupy the whole of the dockside and also the route to the station. All shops will be closed and school children will be given a holiday.
