GOLF CLUB DANCE

A SUCCESSFUL GATHERING. > A most successful dance was held by the Mahunga Golf Club in the Savage Club rooms which were decorated for the occasion with the club colours, blue and gold. The winners of the Lucky Spot waltz were Mrs A. W’ard and Mr Ward, while Miss E. Thompson and Mr R. J. Taaffe were successful in the statue one step. Those present much appreciated the efforts of Mrs L. Roach, Mrs A. H. Ward, Miss M. Johnson and Miss I. Rudd who were responsible for the arrangements of the evening, and enthusiastically expressed a desire that further such gatherings should be held. The M’s.C. were Messrs A. Ward and L. Roach.
