POSITION IN MARTINBOROUGH. TENDERS TO BE CALLED AGAIN. (“Times-Age” Special.) “Up to the present this departmen has been unable to obtain a satisfac tory tender for the erection of house; at Martinborough.” stated a letter from the Director of Housing Construction Mr A. Tyndall, considered at las' night's meeting of the Martinborougl Borough Council. “Arrangements have been made tr again invite tenders and an advertise ment in this connection will shortly appear in the daily newspapers circu lating in your district,” the letter added. As the letter was dated May 26 anc nothing had yet appeared in the Press the council decided that the matte; should again be brought to the notice of the Department. The Town Clerk was instructed to write accordingly.
