ST. JOHN AMBULANCE

CADET DIVISION DANCE. The St John Ambulance cadet division held another-of its very successful series of dances in the Masonic Hall last Saturday evening. There was a large attendance and the splendid music supplied by Jack Barnes and his Rhythm Boys was warmly applauded. Extras were played by Mr Jack Barnes. The duties of M.C. were very efficiently carried out by Mr Pat Ward. The lucky spot fox-trot was Won by Miss J. Lachore and Mr L. Mandersen, while the winners of the Monte Carlo waltz were Miss Norma Davey and Mr S. Gardno. A ladies’ committee were responsible for dispensing an appetising supper. The next dance of the series will be held on Saturday, July 29.
