MASTERTON HARRIERS

VISIT TO DANNEVIRKE. Members of the Masterton Harriei Club who are not making the trip tc Dannevirke tomorrow will hold a training run leaving the Park Oval at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon. • Arrangements made by the Dannevirke Club in connection with the rally, promises a thoroughly enjoyable outing. The contest will be for the Anderson Shield, ran over two laps of the old course of 3 1-8 miles Teams will be competing from Wellington up to Napier. The A grade runners will start 10 minutes before the B grade runners. At six o'clock a dinner will be given in honour of the visiting harriers, and the trophies won will be presented by the Mayor, of Dannevirke, Mr E. Gibbond. After the dinner a dance will be held in the De Luxe ballroom.
