OUT WITH THE HOUNDS
A HUNT AT CARRINGTON. A must successful gathering was held by the Wairarapa Paperchase Club at Carrington on Saturday when a run was arranged with the Dannevjrke Hunt Club's hounds, which were in charge of Mr Hobson, whip. About forty took part in the hunt. The presence of too many hares did not provide the best conditions for the hunt, which was, however, most enjoyable. No serious spills occurred during the day. Those 'taking part were entertained by Mr W. H. Booth, of Carterton. Today a hunt with the hounds is being held at Ongaha, Featherston.
