KING’S BIRTHDAY

MASTERTON POST OFFICE HOURS. On Monday, the King's Birthday, the Mastertoil Post Office will be closed in all branches. All mails will be closed at 6.30 a.m. and postmen’s deliveries will ■be suspended. The Te Wharau rural delivery and private bag service and Stronvar private bag service will be despatched as usual. The Tinui and Homewood private bag services will be despatched on Tuesday, June 6. The telegraph office will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 7 to 8 p.m. The telephone exchange will be open continuously. A counter delivery of all correspondence (including registered) will be made between 7 and 8 p.m. on Saturday.
