The Warsaw correspondent of “The Times” states that the Polish note to the Danzig Senate re-emphasised that the Danzig authorities must jfake full responsibility for the Kalthof incident and a Polish official had been connected with it and had violated the regulations. The Note adds that if the Senate is willing to ease tension, the Polish commissioner is ready to negotiate and devise means of improving relations.
