REGISTRATION PLANS IN BRITAIN WORK FOR LABOUR EXCHANGES. CALLING-UP NOTICES IN JULY. , (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) RUGBY, May 30. Arrangements for the registration next Saturday of men liable for military training under the new Act are being pushed forward. Registration will take place at the Labour exchanges. Medical examination will follow and the first batch of militiamen, it is expected, will receive calling.-up notices on July 1. AIR FORCE RECRUITS, BIG INCREASE ON’ LAST YEAR. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) RUGBY, May 30. Recruits to the number of 826 joined the Royal Air Force last week, compared with 440 in the corresponding week last year, bringing the total entry of pilots, observers airmen and boys since April 1 to 7,384, compared with 2,792 in the corresponding period last year.
