ALLOTMENTS TO FREEZING COMPANIES. The New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board advises that the Chilled Beef Allotments which have just been made to Freezing Companies for arrival in the United Kingdom during the month of August, total 21,350 quarters. District allotments are as follows: — Auckland 6,352 quarters; Hawke’s Bay (including Wairoa) 5,006 quarters; Taranaki, Wanganui, Manawatu, Wairarapa, 9,992 qurters; total 21,350 quarters. Details of the vessels, with quantities and loading dates for each port, are as follow: Vessel: Wairangi; port: New Plymouth; to load (quarters): 1,360; loading dates: 1/5 July. Wairangi, Wellington, 4,210, 10/12 July. Wairangi, Auckland, 2,230, 17/21 July. Tamaroa, Wellington, 980, 29 June/4 July. Tamaroa, Auckland, 500, 6/14 July. Empire Star, Wellington, 4,110 3/10 July. Empire Star, Auckland. 2 950, 12/17 July. Tekoa, Wellington 3.480, 30 June/4 July. Rangitiki, Auckland, 672, 12/15 July. Rangitiki, Wellington, 858, 24/27 July; total, 21,350 The above dates are approximate and subject to alteration.
