A decision can also be taken if smaller States are attacked,, to hold a consultation covering other eventualities. The League delegation is sanguine regarding an early Anglo-French-Russian agreement. It is understood that the Polish and Rumanian Governments are satisfied with their current arrangements with the Western Powers.
