CRASH OF BRITISH BOMBING PLANE ALL MEMBERS OF CREW KILLED. PETROL TANKS EXPLODE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) LONDON, May 23. The four members of its crew were killed when a Hampden bomber crashed near Newark. The pilot, at 500 feet, pulled out of a dive, but the machine dived again and burst into flames, three occupants being killed outright. The fourth man was dragged from the burning machine as the petrol tanks exploded, but he succumbed later. ■
