FORESTERS’ LODGE

COURT LOYAL ENTERPRISE. .FORTNIGHTLY MEETING. The fortnightly . meeting of Court Loyal Enterprise, 'Ancient Order of Foresters, was held last evening, the CJtief Ranger,. Bro C. A. Leigh, presiding over a fair attendance. Apologies for absence were received from Bros G. L. Scrivener and C. W. Perfect, who were ill. Sympathy was expressed with these members and it was sincerely hoped that they would soon be restored to health. Bro R. Walker reported on the Saturday night card tournaments, Bro C. A. Leigh on the indoor bowls and Bro J. Barr on the Dispensary Board meeting. An invitation was received from Court Marquis of Normanby, Carterton, to attend a card tournament when the shield at present held by Court Makakahi Eketahuna would be played for.; • Sick pay and accounts amounting to £l9 8s 4d were passed for payment.
