FEATHERSTON
QUEEN CARNIVAL. DANCE IN ANZAC HALL. ("Times-Age” Special.) A successful dance in aid of the Blue Queen, Miss Anne Fellingham, was held in the Anzac Hall last evening. Mr Chas Buck capably carried out the duties of M.C. The music was supplied by Udy’s Orchestra. The decorations from the recent Plunket Ball were utilised, being by the Misses Tutbury. The cabaret supper was a feature of the evening, the (greater part of the supper being donated. Personal Items. Mrs Tabart and her daughter, of Wanganui, are visiting Mrs Bergh, Bell Street. Miss Stansell returned to Kahutara yesterday from a holiday spent in Christchurch. Miss Ngaire Johns is spending a holiday with relatives in 'Auckland. Mrs J. A. Juno, Pihautea, has returned' from a visit to Auckland, Tauranga and The Chateau.
