The Jewish National Council in Jerusalem today recommended a fivepoint programme of non-co-operation if Britain enforces the White Paper proposals. The recommendations are; The training of young Jews for an emergency, the encouragement of products, thus replacing imports, and reducing Customs duties, non-pay-ment of taxes, non-co-operation with the administrative department, and a restriction of the use of the public services.
