WELLINGTON HEBREWS. •CABLEGRAM TO BRITISH PRIME MINISTER. WELLINGTON, May 22. The Wellington Hebrew congregation has despatched a cablegram to Mr Chamberlain stating that Jewish citizens join in the world-wide protest against the contemplated abrogation of the Palestine Mandate, and urging reconsideration and fulfilment of the Balfour Declaration and Britain’s solemn pledges.
