Ogilvie, K.C., announced that Cabinet had decided to submit a Bill to provide that members of the Militia forces should be entitled to vote for House of Assembly and Legislative Council elections, irrespective of ages. “If these young men are prepared to undergo training to defend their cotmtry,” the Premier said, “surely they are entitled to have a voice in how they should be governed.”
